Five years ago while I was just starting with my new business, I had to think of different strategies and techniques so that I would get my name on the market. As a neophyte business person, I was still hesitant of trying new things and competing with big business icons. However what made me a cut from the rest were my full determination and perseverance.

I had only limited amount of money but I knew it was already sufficient enough to start and maintain a good business. The best strategy I had tried and implemented were the three R’s: recycle, reuse and refurbish. With this kind of strategy, I started acquiring equipments like refurbished copiers. I never had second thoughts of acquiring a refurnished one from a brand new. The slightly used copier made me saved a lot. I was truly satisfied with the product. It was just like getting a new one for I had experienced same quality and results. Another good thing about my copiers was I experienced same benefits and services just like a new gadget such as warranties, payment options and shipments. With my refurbished copiers, my capital was tripled from my profit. It was one of the electronics that made my business stabled and had put my business in the local market.

Nowadays, we should really be practical. Saving more is the key to better career and business. It’s just a matter of applying the best strategy while not putting at stake the quality of products we offer to our consumers. Consumers’ satisfaction is still our top priority.

The Best Part of Having a Swimming Pool

I remember when I was still in grade school and our teacher asked us to draw about our dream house. Though I know I am not that so good in arts but I can still vividly recall that drawing. I sketched a big white 3-storey-house with a big pool. Through the years, I have that it in my mind. Indeed it’s really true that once you dream something and work hard for it, it can be a reality.

That drawing becomes my inspiration and motivation. When my house was built, my swimming pool was the main part. I really make sure that I can swim all day, sponsor a house party and enjoy the weekends with the waters. I even have held events in my pool. During summers, I have my swimming lessons with kids who want to learn. That passion and hobby have continued through the years because of my swimming pool. But recently, I have hard time maintaining it because of leaks and broken tiles. My budget gets mismanaged because of unexpected expenses. Noble Strategy, LLC is a Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY) Technical Service Provider, helping Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprises participate in over $1 billion of public construction projects in the NYC metropolitan area.

Office Chair: A Big Consideration

Almost eighty percent of my time everyday is all office work. With the thousands of deadlines I have to meet and the paper works I have to write, I find myself sometimes totally burn out. Most of the time, I even forget to drink my coffee because all I do is sit down in front of my computer, let my fingers and mind working.

When I go home, I find myself so tired, sleepy and my back aching. I feel something that my nerves are breaking into pieces and my whole body is affected. I consult my doctor so many times and I find out that I don’t already have a good posture. It is very alarming because I work 24 by 7. I realize that my office chair is a big consideration. It is not just office equipment but it greatly affects my health.

One of my officemates has the same story and suggested to find the most suited chair for me. Browsing the site, I am so amazed that there are lots of varieties I can choose from. They offer different designer chairs from bankers, clerical and executive offices.

Now I have my own executive chair. I am more efficient now in meeting deadlines and writing down papers. No more back pains. It is certainly a great comfort.
